If you would like to grow your very own sequoia tree from a seed, here we will list the current companies you can buy from.
Companies listed below have Giant Sequoia (Sequoiadendron giganteum) and California Redwood (Sequoia Sempervirens) tree seeds for sale.
Please note availability and prices are subject to change at any time.
You may also be able to buy seedlings and small trees from some of the nursery/greenhouses mentioned.
Side note that sequoias typically have a low germination rate, so I recommend buying at least 50-100 seeds and planting all of them. Even if several sprout, not all of the seedlings will survive. For example, I planted a total of 50 seeds last year and out of those only two are still alive.

Free Sequoia Seeds?
If you live in the Pacific Northwest of the USA (Northern California, Washington, Oregon), you may be able to get seeds, cones or seedlings from one of the national parks or if you see them in the wild in other locations.
Check with park officials to make sure it is ok to collect seeds/cones that have fallen to the ground.
One of the most popular parks to see full grown sequoia trees is the Sequoia & Kings Canyon National Parks in California.
Growing a sequoia tree from seed can be a fun and exciting journey. With a little patience you could possibly grow one of these massive trees to plant on your property as a memorial for generations to enjoy for hundreds of years.
